At OneStopTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
